Product Overview

This production line integrates a large-capacity raw material drying and automatic feeding system, automating the entire process from storage, drying to conveying. The 300kg 304 stainless steel hopper, together with a 4KW automatic suction feeder, automatically replenishes material based on level, eliminating downtime due to material shortage.

The built-in drying module has a power of 12KW and an adjustable temperature range of 0-120°C, ensuring raw material moisture content ≤0.1%, eliminating defects such as bubbles and silver streaks caused by moisture from the source, providing a solid foundation for stable high-output production.

Q: How long can a full 300kg hopper support continuous production?
A: At maximum output of 240 kg/h, a full hopper provides about 1.25 hours of production. The automatic feeder continuously replenishes material, enabling truly uninterrupted production. It is recommended to store raw material in a dry area and periodically refill the hopper.
Q: What is the appropriate drying temperature? Does it need to run continuously?
A: For ordinary PP, 80-100°C is recommended. The drying function must run continuously because even if the raw material is initially dry, it will absorb moisture from the workshop environment. Turning off drying leads to moisture-related defects. The 12KW drying power is relatively small compared to the total line power of 235KW, but its quality assurance value is immense.
